Being a son of real estate professionals, Michael has been exposed to real estate practices since an early age. In 1990 he began working for a busy real estate office as an administrative assistant, where he gained valuable insights on the profession of being a real estate agent. He has been a licensed multimillion dollar sales person and award winner agent for 13 years.
Born in Minneapolis, Michael came to San Diego as an infant, and grew up in the La Mesa/Mt. Helix area. After graduating from Grossmont High School, and attending Grossmont College for a few years, Michael attended the University of Souther California where he studied creative writing and film production specializing in photography. Michael returned back to San Diego after attending USC. After five years of living in the East Village of downtown San Diego Michael is now a resident of the Mission Hills area.
Whenever he can find time, Michael loves to travel across the United States and Europe, taking pictures of sights and people he comes into contact with. When it comes to relaxing, he likes to work out and stay up with the latest trends in fitness.
Michael is also a certified Peer Support Specialist. He values this certification because he believes in giving back to the community by helping those who can not always help themselves or who have not other place to turn. Through this certification he has learned how important the art of communication and listening mus play in our daily lives. He brings these skills to his real estate career as well.
